- the package: $33.01 to $39.36 per hour, plus 25% casual loading, plus superannuation
- location: Brooms Head Holiday Park
About the role
Clarence Coast Holiday Parks are the largest group of Holiday Parks in the area and are managed by Clarence Valley Council. Brooms Head Holiday Park is situated in the heart of Brooms Head and is surrounded by nature for the adventurous camper. With some of the best fishing and surfing on the east coast Brooms Head has become a popular tourist destination for all ages.
We are currently looking for a Guest Services Officer to join our Brooms Head Holiday Park team.
The successful candidate must provide excellent customer service to Holiday Park guests and visitors, manage all types of customer bookings and their enquiries through the council’s booking system RMS.
You must be able to promote and sell our accommodation services and be an excellent communicator.

This position is located at Brooms Head Holiday Park, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.
A probation period applies to this position.
