Your Role as a Greenkeeper

As a Greenkeeper, you will take on an exciting hands-on role responsible for the ongoing maintenance, preparation, and construction of turf wickets and playing surfaces. Your work will directly impact the quality of sports facilities and the enjoyment of community members. You'll be an essential part of our team, ensuring that every turf and landscaped area meets our high standards of quality and safety. You will have the opportunity to assess and control site hazards and coordinate equipment, all while working collaboratively to deliver exceptional outcomes for our community.

Your Ideal Profile

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are not only skilled but are also team players with a positive attitude. If you have a passion for horticulture and a desire to contribute to your community, we want to hear from you!

The successful candidate will have the following

  • Certificate 3 in Sports Turf Management or equivalent industry experience.
  • Extensive experience in high-quality sports surface preparation and renovation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams

  • Package: $67,000 - $71,000 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation. Overtime may be offered during peak season.
  • Hours of work: Permanent Full Time, 38 hours per week with a 9-day fortnight
