We currently have 2 x positions available within our Governance and Risk
Branch, both reporting to the Coordinator Governance and based in Windsor, NSW.
Risk and
Compliance Officer – 21 hours per week
The purpose of
the Risk and Compliance Officer is to provide assistance in a range of
administrative functions as well as to provide prompt customer service,
responding to requests regarding Enterprise Risk Management, Delegations and
Legislative Compliance.
Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in Business
Administration or equivalent - Demonstrated experience in office
administration and clerical skills - Computer/data entry skills and experience
including Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in administration of database
programs - Customer Service experience
- Experience using corporate software
applications to update records and prepare reports - Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Availability to work 3 days per week
9.30-5.00pm
Governance Officer – 28 hours per week
The purpose of the Governance Officer position is to provide assistance in a range of
administrative functions as well as to provide prompt customer service,
responding to applications for access to Council documents and to process these
applications
Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in Business
Administration or equivalent - Minimum 2 years Local Government experience
- Knowledge of Government Information (Public
Access) Act 2009 and Regulations and Personal Information Protection Act - Customer Service experience
- Demonstrated experience in office
administration and clerical skills - Computer/data entry skills and experience
including Microsoft Office Suite - Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Availability to work Tuesday – Friday
9.30-5.00pm
