More than just a Gym

As a Fitness Trainer in our Sports and Leisure team, you’ll be at the heart of our fitness operations. We’re looking for trainers who are:

You’ll work closely with team members and customers, providing expert guidance while helping us deliver high-quality services every day.

Who We're Looking For

To be successful in this role you will need.

  • Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum)
  • Current CPR and First Aid certificates
  • Working with Children Check for Paid Employment
  • Proven experience in a similar role with strong skills in exercise programming and delivery
  • Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

  • Package: $30.81 - $32.59 gross per hour plus 12% superannuation. Weekend holiday loadings apply with 25% Saturday and 50% Sunday.
  • Hours of Work: Permanent Part Time opportunities available. Candidates must be available as rostered over a 7-day spread across various Leisure Centres.
  • To benefit your wellbeing you will have access to fitness passport, employee assistance program, annual flu shots, health and wellbeing programme and novated lease options.

Suitable candidates are subject to pre-employment screening which includes Reference Checks, Work Rights Verification, Identity and Functional/Medical History Checks, and will also include a Criminal History, Qualification and Working with Children Check.
