About the Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and motivated Facility Projects Support Officer to support the delivery of facility and capital works projects.

In this role, you will provide high‑quality administrative and project support to a dynamic team, contributing to efficient project delivery, strong governance practices and positive customer service outcomes. The position offers exposure to project management, procurement, reporting and stakeholder engagement within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you will bring
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Support, Records/Information Management or related discipline or demonstrated relevant experience in an administrative or project support role.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative or project support roles, with high level computer literacy and the ability to prepare clear, accurate written documentation including minutes, reports and correspondence using standard office systems.
  • Well‑developed communication and customer service skills, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate written documentation such as minutes, reports and correspondence
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • A current Driver’s Licence and willingness to obtain a National Police Check, as required for the role

Salary and Conditions
The position is classified within Band 5 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $77,725 to $89,201 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
