Enterprise Systems Lead – ERP, Financial Systems & Digital Transformation Contract Opportunity – Quotation Q23/26

We are seeking quotations from experiences professionals or organisations to lead the implementation of Council's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and drive key financial systems and digital transformation initgiatives.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Over the past four
years, Council has undertaken a significant organisational transformation to become a modern, resilient
and high-performing regional organisation delivering local
government, aged care,
disability, health and community services.

The successful provider will play a key leadership role in delivering Council's next phase of digital transformation.

PROJECT OUTCOMES

The successful engagement will deliver:

• Implementation of Council’s ERP platform and priority modules
• A coordinated and sustainable enterprise systems environment
• Modernised financial
  management systems and processes
• Fit-for-purpose financial structures, reporting and governance
• Improved business
  intelligence and dashboard reporting using Power BI
• Secure integration between the ERP platform and other business systems
• Reduced manual processes and improved operational efficiency
• Enhances cyber security, business continuity, and organisational resilience
• Well-documented, sustainable systems for long-term support
• Increased
  organisational capability to support future transformation
• Delivery aligned with
  Council’s change management framework, and Organisational Performance team

ABOUT YOU

You will have:

Essential

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in: Finance Accounting, Information Technology, Business, Commerce, Project Management, or related discipline or experience
• Demonstrated
  experience delivering ERP or enterprise system implementations
• Experience with local government financial management systems
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting or business intelligence
• Experience managing complex, multi-vendor technology implementations
• Understanding
  of local government or regulated operating environment
• Experience
  with Power
  BI, data
  migration, systems
  integration, and change
  management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills

Desirable

• Experience implementing local government ERP platforms
• Experience
  with SharePoint, M365 or cloud transformation projects
• Exposure
  to aged care, disability or community service environments
• Experience
  supporting business continuity or cyber security initiatives
• Knowledge of local government financial reporting structures
