Electrician / Electrical Technician
About the role
This position is a full-time, permanent role in the Water and Sewerage team, based at Moruya Depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, installing, testing and repairing electrical, control, instrumentation and communication systems across Council's water and sewer network. Working across a range of critical infrastructure assets, you will help ensure the reliable delivery of essential water and sewer services to the community.
The starting salary for this position is $3,109.80 per fortnight, plus 12% superannuation

About you
You're a qualified electrician with experience maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems in an industrial, utilities or similar environment. You are safety-focused, organised and enjoy solving technical problems while working both independently and as part of a team. Experience with control, instrumentation, telemetry or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) systems will be highly regarded. Strong communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge with colleagues and apprentices will help you succeed in this role.

Pre‑employment Checks:
