Are you a skilled customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to promote a positive corporate image? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated Customer Relations team!

As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our community, providing high-quality service at the front counter and over the phone. This vital role calls for excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, understand their needs, and deliver accurate information promptly and professionally.

Remuneration

$63,952 - $74,050 per annum plus superannuation

About You

To be successful in this role, you need a Certificate III in Customer Service, Office Administration or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in a high-volume customer service environment. Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service are essential, as is the ability to multitask and resolve issues effectively.
