- Salary: $59,041 - $66,363 gross p.a. plus 11.5% Super
- 38 hours per week / As per roster including weekends

About the Role
This is a 7-month fixed-term contract position working 38 hours per week at the Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre. Join our dynamic Shoalhaven Swim Sport Fitness team to coordinate and support customer service and facilitate the successful daily operations of the sports centre. This includes:
- Assist in the café by taking orders, handling payments, managing membership and visit passes and offering exceptional customer service to the centre guests, including encouraging the use of all facilities by the general community.
- Provide, train and educate staff in the delivery of excellent customer service and contribute to improved customer service and effectiveness.
- Attend to all customers of the facility regarding activities, programs and booking management whether face to face, via received emails, or telephone contact.
- Conduct tours of the facility for visitors.
We are looking for a customer service all-rounder who can coordinate a point-of-sales team, demonstrate and deliver high-quality customer service, lead by example and uphold Council's customer service standards whether face-to-face, emails or telephone.

About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:
- Current Food Safety Supervisor certification
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar customer service role, including coordinating and be part of a point-of-sale team
- Class C Driver's Licence
- Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa)
This position requires a current NSW Working with Children Check. Applicants are required to apply and pay for this check if not already obtained.
