  • Total package from $67,949.08 to $87,795.05 pa including super plus travel support, 35 hours per week

This role will provide you with the opportunity to utilise your skills in the area of customer service and administration to provide high-quality support across Contact Centre operations, the Concierge area, and Venue bookings, ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external customers.

What You’ll Be Working On

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for community members. You will undertake a wide range of customer experience activities across the Contact Centre, Service Desk, and venue bookings, while also supporting broader Council functions.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience by responding to enquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining efficient administrative processes.

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you will bring demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality customer service and managing contact centre operations. You will have proven skills in general office administration and venue bookings, combined with strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications is also required.

A current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one, is necessary.

Knowledge and experience working in local government or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
