The Role
Reporting to the Coordinator, Customer Experience and based in Windsor, this fast-paced position is located within the Customer Service Centre, where the team manages a high volume of internal and external enquiries across telephone, email, and face-to-face channels, while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience to all stakeholders.
This successful candidate will work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week from 8.30am – 5.00pm.
About You
You are a highly motivated individual who has excellent interpersonal skills. You are results orientated and have a flexible approach to problem solving. You will be adept at building and maintaining collaborative relationships and will have a demonstrated background in a Customer Service Centre environment.
Essential Criteria
- Previous Customer Service Call Centre experience
- Touch typing data entry experience
- Demonstrated administration skills using MS Office applications
- Previous experience cashiering, including end of day reconciliations
- Ability to understand and interpret maps and plans
- Demonstrated history of effective and efficient management of customer complaints
- Demonstrated competence interacting and working with stakeholders at all levels to deliver outcomes
- You will be available to work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week from 8.30am – 5.00pm
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
