Position Number: 6007         Location: Queanbeyan

The Package: $122,677.88 - $135,564.00 gross per annum + 11.5% super. (Evaluated as Grade 18 of the QPRC Salary System 2024) and a guaranteed increase of 3% in 2025-26, plus potential performance-based progression.

Full time – 35 hours per week. Flexible work arrangements may apply.

Are you ready to lead the way in maintaining and improving our regions vital road infrastructure? QPRC are seeking a professional with technical expertise and experience to join the Transport and Facilities Branch as Coordinator, Transport Maintenance.

Please note: This position is being advertised during a period of organisational change, and some aspects of the role may be subject to future adjustment.

In this role you will:

• Coordinate the maintenance of sealed and unsealed roads, footpaths, bridges, culverts and associated infrastructure.
• Supervise staff and contractors, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet program goals.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds an engineering qualification and/or has extensive experience in roads maintenance projects.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excels in planning, prioritising and managing time effectively.
