  • Salary: $91,115 - $96,648 per annum
  • Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)

The City is seeking an experienced procurement professional to join the City’s Contract Administration and Purchasing Team.  The position will undertake the preparation of tender documents, participate in and oversee the evaluation of tenders, prepare tender, Council and other reports and administer the City’s contract and quotation electronic systems.  Substantial experience in the tendering process is essential.

A person with prior local or other government experience and a thorough knowledge of the application of legislation that applies to procurement, tendering and contract management would be best suited to this position.

Your covering letter will need to address the following key criteria:

  • Experience in the tendering process in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Experience in writing reports used at executive and board/Council level.
  • Experience in contract administration, utilising electronic management systems.
