Community Law Enforcement Officer – Parking

Join Blacktown City Council as a Community Law Enforcement Officer - Parking where you patrol school zones, shopping centres, railway stations, car parks and town centres, monitor compliance with parking restrictions and respond to community enquiries. You issue fines and warnings to illegally parked vehicles and help residents understand parking rules and their responsibilities.

This role plays an important part in keeping the community safe. Your work improves access and visibility around busy locations, particularly in high risk areas where unsafe parking can impact pedestrians, motorists and local businesses. You collect evidence, prepare reports and statements, maintain accurate records and represent Council when matters proceed to court.
