Your Role - More Than Just a Job
As our new Leading Hand, you'll be the backbone of our Civil Maintenance team, helping us deliver both planned and reactive maintenance with flair and efficiency. You’ll work closely with the Team Leader, guiding your crew in the best practises to keep our infrastructure in tip-top shape, all while ensuring safety and compliance are at the forefront of everything we do.
What We’re Looking For - Are You the Right Fit?
If you’re someone who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about community service, we want you on our team!
- Essential qualifications include a Certificate II in Civil Construction, a Class C Driver’s Licence, and a WHS Induction Card (Whitecard).
- Experience with mobile technology and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people is a must!
- We’d love to see some leadership experience and a knack for problem-solving.
- Bonus points for any advanced certificates like a Certificate III in Civil Construction or a First Aid Certificate!

- Package: from $67,752 gross p.a. plus 11.5 % superannuation.
- Hours of work: Permanent full time 38 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight
