About the role

Are you passionate about driving value through strategic procurement? We're seeking two experienced Procurement Business Partners to join our Procurement team and lead best-practice procurement across key divisions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to:

partner with internal stakeholders to design and deliver sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities.lead end-to-end procurement projects, including planning, tendering, and contract negotiationchampion sustainability, social value and continuous improvement in procurement practices.coach and guide procurement professionals and support capability building across the organisation.

We're looking for someone with:

tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience in procurementdemonstrated success in a centralised procurement environment within a large and/or complex organisation.strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.proven experience in managing change and delivering process improvements.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
