About the role

Libraries and Learning are seeking an experienced administration professional to support the senior leadership team with high quality, accurate administrative support. 
    
This interesting and varied role will see you use your strong administration and organisational skills to support meetings, communications, projects and procurement. You'll also have a chance to support the range of impactful library services through a regular shift in a library branch to help you really understand our members and the team. 
    
Reporting to the Manager, Libraries and Learning, you will bring your drive and commitment to tackling new goals, learning new systems and taking opportunities for continuous improvement. You'll also apply your exceptional communication skills to prepare documents and liaise with suppliers, contractors and the library team.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
