About the Opportunity
Cabonne Council has a permanent, full-time opportunity for
a collaborative and energetic Children's Services Supervisor to join our organisation.
As the Children's Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing day to day operational supervision and support to the Cabonne Children's Services 7 OOSHC service locations and Educators.

About You
This role is for a skilled children's services professional who has a passion for supporting children's development, empowering educators and ensuring high quality care across all services.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Relevant qualifications in Childcare or Early Childhood Education.
- Class C driver's licence.
- Education and Care approved First Aid Certification.
- Working with Children Check clearance.
- Education and Care approved Child Protection training.
- At least 12 months demonstrated experience working within a childcare setting.
- Strong administration background.
- Ability to assist in the coordination of the day-to-day operation of the service.
- Ability to supervise staff.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to supervise, lead and support relevant staff and educators with a team orientation.
Remuneration and Benefits
The appointment will be in accordance with the Local
Government (State) Award 2023 and Cabonne Council’s policies and conditions
of employment.
The role offers an annual salary range of $74,833 to $87,817 (gross) plus 11.5 per cent
superannuation.
