As Children's Services Coordinator you will lead key areas across our early childhood and out-of-school hours care (OOSH) programs. You will facilitate and deliver high-quality programs, ensuring the needs of children from diverse backgrounds are met. You will work with children across early childhood and OOSH settings, supporting transitions, fostering development, and maintaining continuity of care. Our OOSH program provides supervised care and recreation for primary school-aged children (5-12 years), emphasising play, social interaction and recreation activities. Your experience and adaptability will ensure programs remain engaging, inclusive, and responsive to the community you serve.
You’ll also play aleadership and mentorship role, guiding a team of educators to deliver quality care while providing opportunities for professional growth.Collaboration is at the heart of this position—you’ll work closely with colleagues, families, and community partners to strengthen service delivery, promote engagement, and build meaningful connections. Your leadership, creativity, and proactive approach will be essential in shaping a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will also contribute to embeddingstrong child safety practicesacross the service, working alongside senior leadership to ensurecompliance, quality, and continuous improvementremain at the forefront.
Our ideal candidate will hold aDiploma in Early Childhood Education and Care(or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification), have centre-based or OOSH experience, and a genuine passion for leading and mentoring educators. You’ll be adaptable, highly organised, and motivated by the opportunity to make a real difference in a diverse community.

Selection criteria include:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA -this is essential.If you're currently studying your Diploma, we encourage you to call us to discuss your eligibility.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid in an Education and Care Setting and CPR.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering programs in early childhood and/or out-of-school hours care settings.
- Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), My Time Our Place (MTOP) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Child Protection and National Child Safety Training.
- Willingness to undertake ongoing training and professional development.
- Current NSW Class C driver’s licence.
