ABOUT THE ROLE

Position

We are seeking a suitably experienced and customer focussed individual to join our Information Services team. Reporting to the Coordinator Business Solutions, this role provides high-level support and problem solving in the use of Council’s business systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of business system data, contributing to improved system outcomes across the organisation. A core responsibility of the position is overseeing the operation and management of Council’s Name and Address Register (NAR), ensuring the ongoing quality, accuracy, and integrity of data.

To be successful you will bring

  • Qualification in business, information technology or a related field; or sufficient relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in database management and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated skills in data management, including data operations, data quality and data security.
  • Proven highly developed computer skills with experience in the Microsoft Office suite and other corporate software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, whilst also demonstrating a high level of collaboration within a team environment.

The rewards

  • An annual salary range of $70,800 to $81,200 (plus 12% superannuation) dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications.
