About the role
Council is seeking a motivated professional to help shape the future of our digital services.

Reporting to the Coordinator Business Systems, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Council’s corporate business systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to plan, test, and deliver system enhancements and upgrades
- Analyse business needs and develop system specifications that support operational efficiency
- Provide technical support and training to end users, ensuring systems are used effectively and confidently
- Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures
- Design and deliver data-driven reports and dashboards to support decision-making across the organisation
- Ensure secure and compliant access management for business systems in line with Council protocols
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Relevant degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in information management service delivery and system implementation
- Experience in Local Government systems, ideally with TechnologyOne and Bookable platforms
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Current C Class driver’s licence
