- Band 5 $79,362.12 per annum +

About the role
We are seeking someone to join our Fleet & Depot Operations team as the Business Support Officer. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet systems and providing exceptional administrative and customer support. If you are a proactive professional with a passion for organisation and customer service, we want to hear from you!
As the Business Support Officer – Fleet Management you will:
- Manage and administer tasks in the AusFleet system, including reporting repairs, managing tax credits, and handling fuel card processes.
- Schedule the proactive and reactive jobs for the workshop or external service provider, as well as maintaining workshop inventory.
- Serve as a primary contact for fleet-related inquiries, ensuring courteous and prompt responses.
- Support the Coordinator Fleet & Depot Operations and mechanics with administrative tasks and assist in maintaining business continuity.
- Monitor and manage Customer Request Management (CRM) system.
Skills and experience
- A Degree/Diploma in a relevant field or
substantial relevant experience. - Experience in fleet management, invoicing, and
financial processes. - Knowledge of mechanical workshops (local
government experience is a plus). - Strong time management, problem-solving, and
continuous improvement skills. - Excellent computer skills using MS Office suite
of programs. - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal
communication abilities. - Current Victorian drivers license, with MR
license ideal.
