Business Support Administration Officer
- Casual appointment
- Salary: $44 - $49 gross ph plus 12% Super (inclusive of 25% Casual Loading)
- Successful applicants will join Shoalhaven Councils casual Administration pool and may be called upon to work in various areas across Council reporting to various supervisors.

About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join Shoalhaven City Council's casual Administration pool, providing support across a range of administrative and secretarial functions within Council. The main duties of this role include:
- Providing administrative support, such as preparing documents and reports.
- Communicating with the general public, Council staff and other stakeholders. This may be by telephone, face to face, or via written and email.
- Provide high quality first response customer service for the Section and direct enquiries to the appropriate officer in a timely manner.
- Meeting administration duties.

About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:
- Cert III Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in an administrative role
- Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams & SharePoint
- Capable of quickly adapting to unfamiliar circumstances whilst providing high-level support to the various stakeholders of Council
- Class C Driver's Licence
