Assistant in Nursing

The Lilliane Brady Village, is a 44-bed residential aged care facility in far western NSW, owned and operated by Cobar Shire Council. 

We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate individuals who are suitably qualified, working towards or willing to obtain their Cert III in Aged Care (or similar). This role will provide support to our Registered Nurses with the delivery of exceptional clinical care in accordance with individualised needs of our residents, whilst ensuring their independence, choice, dignity and rights are maintained. 

The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts (including early mornings, evenings, night shift, weekends, and public holidays) and possess the interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

This position is classified as an Assistant in Nursing, commencing at $31.92 + shift loadings and allowances, with multiple positions available - casual, part time, and full time.
