Asset Planning Engineer

The Package: $111,908.68 - $123,657.04 gross per annum + 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance & 11.5% super contributions. (Evaluated as Grade 17 of the QPRC Salary System 2024) and a guaranteed increase of 3% in 2025-26, plus potential performance-based progression. This position also has the option of an included leaseback vehicle.

Full time – 35 hours per week. Flexible work arrangements may apply.

Are you keen to make a large impact in a collaborative, high-performing asset management team?

In this role you will:

• Provide expert advice to service teams to support the creation of effective Asset Management Plans, Capital Works Programs and Maintenance Plans.
• Collaborate with team members and service delivery groups to collect, analyse, and report asset data for informed decision-making.
• Conduct audits to enhance the quality of asset information and prepare data for periodic asset valuations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds relevant qualifications and proven experience in asset management and related frameworks.
• Has solid knowledge of financial asset management, reporting, and risk management practices.
• Engages, and brings, stakeholders on the asset management journey.
• Is organised, prioritises tasks efficiently, and meets deadlines consistently.
• Excels at analysing data and presenting it in clear, actionable formats.
