About the role

Positioned within our City Works Team, this role is responsible for the investigation and response to external customer requests, including the scoping of any required civil works, the issuing of work instructions and the updating of asset data.

This includes:

  • Investigating, identifying, and documenting defects, risks and hazards and undertaking the triage function associated with Customer Request Management.
  • Generating work orders and delivering proactive and reactive works and asset inspections to ensure customer requests are actioned efficiently and legislative obligations are met.
  • Liaising with different work teams and external contractors in order to schedule and deliver timely and efficient maintenance to Council assets.

About you

You will possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualification and experience in construction or management of infrastructure.
  • A SafeWork NSW White Card (General Construction Induction Card).
  • Current Driver’s Licence Class C.
