About the Opportunity
Are you looking for a flexible role that fits with your busy lifestyle?
We have casual positions available as an Aquatics Customer Service Officer at our Outdoor Aquatic Facilities for the 2025/2026 Pool Season.
In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to pool guests, members, and customers in a busy and diverse environment.
Your responsibilities will include managing kiosk operations, processing memberships, handling Learn to Swim enrolments, and selling kiosk products. You will also use a computerised Point of Sale system to ensure smooth transactions and comply with food handling guidelines. Additionally, you will support the Royal Life Saving Keep Watch program to promote water safety.

Remuneration
$37.98 - $43.97 per hour (Inclusive of Casual Loading)
