Administrative Assistant – Properties & Facilities Maintenance

  • Central role with responsibility for providing support to Leaders within the Properties and Facilities Maintenance Team.
  • 35 hours per week with Flexi time.
  • $68,543.05 to $76,768 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation.

About the role:

The role is responsible for delivering a range of administrative tasks and providing Coordinators and Team Leaders with support in daily administrative tasks related to Properties & Facilities Maintenance.

You can also expect to:

  • Collect and compile information and prepare documents and correspondence for individuals within the business.
  • Respond to email and phone enquiries, communicate services and resolve, escalate or redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information.
  • Maintain registers, important records, and databases to ensure all information is accurate and correct and stored safely.
  • Monitor performance reports from contracted vendors
  • Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services using TechnologyOne.

About you:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • An outstanding attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and relevant database management
  • The ability to work autonomously and as a member of a small team
