Integrity Governance Officer 

Summary of the position:

  • Picton location
  • Permanent Full-Time
  • Salary commencing from $1,799.63 per week + 12% Superannuation
  • 35-hour week 
  • Access to generous Flex-time provisions and Working from Home arrangements

You will collaborate across functional areas to manage and respond to internal and external feedback, while promoting high ethical standards and supporting compliance with legislative and governance frameworks. This is an opportunity to build strong relationships, influence positive outcomes and help strengthen a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.

To succeed in this position, you will meet the following criteria:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in governance, business, law, public administration, compliance, risk management, investigations and/or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  2. Demonstrated experience in governance, integrity, legislative compliance or a related field.
  3. Demonstrated experience managing complaints, enquiries or other customer feedback.
  4. Experience interpreting and applying legislation, policies and procedures.
  5. Strong research and analytical skills including the ability to problem solve complex issues and identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate, high-quality work within required timeframes, whilst maintaining confidentiality.
