You’ll find growth through:
- Leading and coordinating day-to-day civil construction and maintenance works across your assigned area
- Planning and scheduling crews, contractors and resources to deliver projects safely, efficiently and on time
- Supervising and supporting a team of outdoor staff, ensuring performance, safety and quality standards are met
- Engaging with the community, stakeholders and internal teams to respond to enquiries and deliver positive outcomes
- Managing multiple projects and responding to operational priorities, including urgent or emergency works
What you'll bring
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision or related discipline.
- General Construction Induction card and Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan ticket.
- Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft office programs, including email.
- Ability to effectively supervise staff and contribute to staff development.
- Class C Drivers Licence.
We would also love you to have:
- Previous Local Government experience in a civil construction environment.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control Systems

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $88,171, to $102,468.
