The Role

Reporting to the Property Services Coordinator
and based in Windsor NSW, the primary purpose of this role is to provide
administrative services and assistance for Councils commercial and residential
properties management.

About You

You have knowledge and understanding of the relevant
legislative provisions relating to land use and property,
experience in dealing with commercial and residential leasing, along with high
level of analytical skill. You will have effective communication skills both
verbal and written with proven ability to work in pressure situations and deal
with confidential information.

Essential Criteria

  • Tafe/Business College Real Estate Certificate
    or equivalent
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Property administration experience, preferably
    in Local Government
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the
    relevant legislative provisions relative to land use and property matters
  • Experience with dealing with retail,
    commercial and residential leasing
  • Clerical, administrative and word
    processing/computer experience
  • The right to live and work in Australia
  • Class C Drivers Licence
  • WHS General Construction Work in NSW
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Successful applicants will be required to
    undergo background (police) checks and medical declaration
