- $66,525 – $77,900 per year plus super (pro rata)

- Based in Innisfail
The Position
The Records Officer will work collaboratively with the Team Leader Records to execute actions that deliver the entire lifecycle of records management across creation, storage, retrieval and disposal in accordance with legislative requirements, policies and procedures. Provide Training and support to council staff with document storage keeping practices.

About You
· Certificate IV in Business Administration or Records & Information Management
· Experience in interpreting and applying records management policies
· High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
· Experience with Records Management Systems (EDRMS) such as TechnologyOne Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
· Proven ability to manage time effectively, understand priorities and deadlines
· Work collaboratively as a team to achieve a collective result and successful outcome.
· Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with individuals and teams at all levels of an organisation, externally and internally.
