$74,466 per annum plus superannuation (pro-rata)

About the role

Are you passionate about social equity, sustainability, and community engagement? We’re looking for a motivated professional to take on the role of Sustainability Engagement Coordinator - a position focused on supporting renters in apartment buildings to save money, improve energy efficiency, and benefit from the transition to a low-carbon future.

 

This role will play a key part in building stronger, more resilient strata communities by:

coordinating access to support programs tailored for renters.collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.scaling the reach of trusted resources through strategic communication.establishing networks and advocating for systemic change to ensure renters share in the benefits of decarbonisation and climate resilience.

 

We’re looking for an experienced engagement professional who can:

quickly gain an understanding of the challenges facing rentersidentify relevant support and programsbuild and manage relationships with key stakeholders to enable access to energy-efficient and climate-resilient homesalign their work with the City’s updated Environmental Strategy and other related strategies.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
