As the Early Childhood Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of young children within our care. You will lead a passionate team, guiding the implementation of high-quality early learning programs that reflect contemporary research and best practises. Your leadership will ensure that every child feels safe, valued, and engaged in a learning environment that promotes their development.
- Work in accordance with and ensure compliance to the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
- Lead and implement high-quality early education programs for children aged 0-5 years.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards, child protection legislation, and safety regulations.
- Foster collaborative partnerships with families and the community to enhance children's learning experiences.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for staff to promote best practises in early childhood education.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Director who is passionate about early education and child development. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Degree Qualification in Early Education.
- Current First Aid, Child Protection Training and WWCC.
- Ability to be approved as Nominated Supervisor.
- New South Wales Education Standards Authority (NESA) Early Childhood Teacher Accreditation
- Comprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with families and the community.

- Package: $104,345 - $116,293 gross p.a. (Full-Time Equivalent) plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Hours of work: We have multiple opportunities available in both part-time and full-time capacities, both temporary and permanent. Temporary position is expected to be available up to 12 months.
