Title: IT Project Manager, TRP Contract - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week (initially 6 months with possibility of extension)

Our opportunity :
The key focus areas of this role include:
• Accountable for the management of the overall project from initiation to end within approved project scope, timeframes and resources.
• Ensure projects are managed in accordance with the adopted project management framework including completion of regular status reports, risks and issues logs.
• Responsible for managing the agreed project budget, review of vendor invoices and contract management with the appointed implementation partners/vendors.
• Liaise with, and provide assistance and advice to all stakeholders (including staff, agencies, consultants, user groups, etc.) on a range of project-specific matters.
• Adhere to ITIL best practices and processes per the Council’s ITSM requirements.
• Document, tracking of and update project deliverables, including test results, solution recommendations.
