Your Role in Our Mission
As the Coordinator of Waste Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily logistics and resource allocation for our Waste Services Division. Your leadership will ensure that our waste collection and disposal services exceed community expectations while adhering to industry regulations and safety standards. By effectively managing resources, you will contribute to a cleaner, safer environment for all.
What We’re Looking For
We seek an experienced leader who is passionate about waste management and sustainability. You should possess a strong understanding of logistics, compliance, and team dynamics.
- Diploma in Logistics, Business, or Project Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in heavy fleet logistics or waste operations leadership.
- Strong knowledge of WHS & HVNL legislation and safety workplace practises.
- Exceptional communication skills with a continuous improvement and customer-focused mindset.

- Package: Competitive Salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
- Hours of work: Permanent full time 38 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight
