What You’ll Be Working On
Think less “back office,” more “forward momentum.” You’ll lead a team of savvy finance professionals who:
- Partner with the business to unlock data-driven decisions.
- Craft budgets and long-term financial plans that actually shape the future (not just sit on shelves).
- Deliver insights, not just spreadsheets — helping teams across the City make smart, strategic choices.
- Coach and uplift financial capability across the organisation — turning “meh” into “magic” when it comes to numbers.
You’ll be the go-to for:

✅ High-impact reporting that tells a story
About You
You’re not your average finance professional. You’re:
- A CPA or CA qualified leader with real-world experience in management accounting or business partnering.
- A people person who thrives on collaboration and building capability in others.
- A problem-solver with a sharp eye for process improvements and system smarts.
- Comfortable switching between boardroom strategy and hands-on delivery.
You believe good finance isn't just about numbers — it's about insight, influence, and impact.
