permanent positions - Salary range $125,113 to $140,196 + 11.5% Superannuation
- Based at Doncaster, Victoria (Hybrid Arrangement)
Exciting opportunity to play a vital role in delivering technology & data improvements into a dynamic and progressive local council. You will use your years of experience to support delivery of our Technology and Data Strategy to the benefit of various business units and the community at large. The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant demonstrated experience in successfully delivering highly complex projects in a small to medium corporate environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience with all levels of the organisation.
- Proven experience in driving significant change in a heavily process-driven and change-adverse environment.

About the role
The Enabling Projects team is seeking two
experienced Project Managers to work on multiple projects including a multi-year program that is commencing
soon. Your role will involve delivering high-quality solutions within scope,
budget and timeline. You will be leading projects in our Technology and Data
Strategy, from initiation to completion, managing resources and fostering
strong stakeholder relationships.
Skills and experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent, or years of experience
equivalence - Proven
experience in successfully delivering technology projects within complex
business environments and managing vendors - Strong
expertise in stakeholder management and communication at all levels of the
organisation - Exceptional
organisational and prioritisation skills - Strong
written and verbal communications skills - Experience
with Prince2, PMP and Agile methodologies (certification a plus) - Proven
ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
