This role will provide you with the opportunity to support the Compliance team to ensure effective coordination of the Unit’s service delivery and the ongoing review and update of systems and processes.

What You’ll Be Working On
In this role you will contribute to improved customer service and organisational effectiveness, through the delivery of services in accordance with appropriate regulations.
You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external customer enquiries, managing and prioritising requests and expectations, ensuring all responses are in a timely manner.
You will also oversee administrative support to the broader Compliance team in managing legal matters, statements for court and ensuring the Legal, Companion Animal, and Swimming Pool registers are current, along with Annual Fire Safety and Statements.
You will also have the opportunity to drive operational business improvements in the team whilst liaising with other business units.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management or similar.
You will have a minimum of three years in an Administration and/or Customer Support environment, with experience in dealing with customer and client enquiries.
You will have competent knowledge and experience in the use of applications such as MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, electronic business paper software, website management tools and electronic management system.
