We are seeking Registered Nurses to provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care delivered in collaboration with residents, families, carers and colleagues to achieve identified outcomes and goals with the mission statement and values of Blue Haven.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- To be qualified to work as a Registered Nurse with current Authority to Practice with APHRA
- Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking related to resident care
- Demonstrated ability to apply and share professional knowledge to enhance resident care
- Experience delivering aged care within ethical boundaries
- Experience in advocating, planning and implementing individualised person-centred care.
About you:
As a Registered Nurse you will have a passion for working with the elderly. You will also have a strong customer focus to deliver a high quality of efficient and effective person-centred care which meets the needs of residents, their families and carers.
We offer:
- Permanent and casual positions available
- Hourly rate from $38.51 to $52.86 (dependent on qualifications, skills and experience)
- Plus 10% casual loading for casual appointments
- Plus 11% superannuation
- Plus penalty rates applied in line with the Award
