People and Culture Business Partner

Riverina Water is seeking a qualified Human Resources professional to join our team. The People and Culture Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical human resources expertise and business support to senior management. With a focus for enhancing employee experience, this role is responsible for strategic human resources services, policy & compliance, future workforce planning, industrial relations, and change management.
