Lodgement and Enquiry Officer
Temporary (for up to 12 months)
Part Time– 28 hours per week

We are seeking a new member of the team to assist in delivering the full range of council services through our multi-channelled Customer Service Centre. There is particular focus on timely and effective lodgement of applications in line with our standards and the provision of quality pre-lodgement development advice through Council’s development enquiry phone line.

If you are confident in handling enquiries in person, via a call centre and back-office environments, this may be the role for you!

The successful Lodgement and Enquiry Officer will be a positive and engaged person who holds a Certificate IV in a Business Administration or related field and has demonstrated conflict resolutions and customer service skills.

This role is 28 hours per week, working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday as rostered between 8:00am to 5:00pm.
