About the Role

Coordinate corporate training programs and logistics to support and promote Bayside Council’s culture, leadership and engagement strategies, and to promote a modern, dynamic and learning focused organisation.

You can also expect to:

  • Develop, facilitate, and evaluate bespoke training programs.
  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of the annual training schedule.
  • Create and facilitate blended learning solutions and competency based training programs.

About you 

We are looking for a someone who:

  • Is an experienced learning and development professional looking to be part of a team that inspires and motives our workforce.
  • Has experience working in operational environments, supporting all levels of employees.
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced and people focused environment.
  • Is a self-motivated and autonomous, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Is able to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality service outcomes for Council.
  • Holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Has a current NSW drivers licence.

Salary Range:  $92,249.16 - $103,319.02 per annum, plus 11% superannuation
