About the role:

Given the current development in the Campbelltown LGA, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering infrastructure related design projects including detailed design, reviews and documentation for, but not limited to roads, storm water and drainage, car parks, street lighting, footpaths, cycle ways, detailed quantity and cost estimation, development of engineering specifications, traffic management, public domain, open space and assessment of development applications.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:

• A degree in Civil Engineering with relevant experience.
• High level of proven innovative and sustainable design knowledge in all types of local government projects, particularly but not limited to the areas of roads, stormwater, footpaths, cycleway, street lighting, traffic, landscape, open space and general community projects.
• Quantity and cost estimation experience.
• Proven ability to design all types of projects using Civil 3D and associated products.
• Current Class ‘C’ drivers licence.
• Knowledge of using Drainage design soft wares, Sketchup and Vray will be advantageous.
