  • Operational positions in our Roads, Parks and Gardens, and Water/Sewer teams, including labourer, plant operator and general hand positions.  Current minimum P1 driver licence is essential, and completion of truck licence, traffic control tickets, chainsaw tickets and/or chemical tickets will be viewed favourably.
  • Administrative positions across our organisation, requiring strong written communication, customer service, time management, organisational and IT/software skills and to support the successful delivery of services, projects and events.  Formal qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management and Frontline Management are viewed favourably.
  • Professional/Specialist positions, requiring degree qualifications and/or professional accreditations in a relevant discipline, such as accounting, business, engineering, human resources, information technology, and urban and regional planning.

Please note that Council follows merit-based recruitment and selection principles, as required under the Local Government Act 1993.  To be considered for a specific role, you must apply online for that specific role.  However, by submitting an EOI, you will join our talent pool for notifications and updates.
