The Oppor­tu­ni­ty

We seek a Senior Aquatics Coordinator  who can supervise and lead the Aquatic Programs team including Team Leader Aquatic Operations and Learn to Swim team, establishing and evaluating performance standards in accordance with department objectives and assist in mentoring and development of staff relationships.

Your respon­si­bil­i­ties will include to develop regular reports in line with key performance indicators and contribute to developing the Centre’s business and strategic plans, innovate and collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to enhance strong aquatic experiences and drive continuous improvement and maintain a strong safety culture, taking reasonable care to ensure own and team members actions or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of others, reporting any hazards, accidents, incidents and near-misses as soon as practicable.

• Attrac­tive salary of $99,295.80 p/​a plus dis­trict allowance — $ 2611.00 w/​dependents, $1498.00 w/​o dependents.
• 6 weeks annu­al leave with addi­tion­al gen­er­ous leave entitlements.
