Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of an innovative Council seeking to make a positive difference in the community you support? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for processing enrolments and fees, requisitioning and receipting, maintaining the waitlist database, data entry and lodgement for the Child Care Management System (CCMS) and the provision of customer support.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A current ‘Paid Worker - Working with Children Check' clearance (NSW)
  • A current Police Check
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong time management skills

Salary range - Up to $80K per annum (pro rata) (incl super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable candidate.
