- $39.35 - $45.64 per hour + super
- Permanent part-time position
- 14 hours per week

About the role
Reporting to the Manager Waste & Cleansing, you will be responsible for providing provide customer service for domestic and non-domestic waste management services.
Duties
- Maintain currency of knowledge regarding waste disposal, recycling, reuse and avoidance.
- Action CRM, correspondence and phone calls within corporate response times.
- Provide accurate advice to customers on disposal, recycling and other waste reduction matters.
- Provide day to day phone contact with service contractor relating to service delivery and operational matters
- Assist in providing updates and information to Council’s central Customer Service centre where required.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in a corporate administrative position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in the use of customer service software
- Local government experience (desirable)
