The Position

The Service Delivery Lead will work collaboratively with the Asset Maintenance team to successfully plan and coordinate efficient and effective delivery of day-to-day maintenance of Council’s CBD’s and high order regional parks and open spaces, and medium-term operations through to long term management of all CBD’s and high order parks.

Work includes but is not limited to:

  • Mowing and vegetation maintenance
  • Street Sweeping
  • Footpath cleaning and maintenance
  • Garden presentation
  • Cleaning and maintenance of high order park embellishments

About You

You take pride in your work, pay attention to detail and are meticulous in your standard of work. You have demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals. You will also have the ability to problem solve, develop effective, practical solutions and undertake job calculations and take offs.

Additionally, you will have the ability to read design drawings, and prepare job cost estimates and well developed written and verbal communication skills.
