The Role

  • Permanent part time (2 days per week), with additional 1 day per week 12-month contract.

As the Town’s Records and Governance Administration Officer, you will make a critical contribution to the effective operation of the Town by providing administrative support to the Governance and Records functions. You will assist the with records management, including processing incoming records, managing paper and digital records, archiving, disposal and FOIs. You will support the Town’s Governance function by maintaining statutory registers and public information, supporting meeting processes, and assisting with inquiries.

This exciting opportunity will suit someone who has aspirations to grow and develop within the Local Government sector. Your outstanding administration skills, amazing ability to multi-task and prioritise, and excellent organisation and people skills will equip you for success in this role at the Town.

Salary Range: is dependent on skills and experience. $55,878 - $65,093 per annum pro rata, plus superannuation.
